VATH presents today a restoration project with the Mercedes 300 SEL model in the spotlight.
The German tuning company plans to restore several old cars such as 300SL, 190SL, Pagoda or Adenauer.
Until then, we are announced that the Mercedes 300 SEL 6.3 packs a fully working 6.3-liter engine capable to deliver 247 horsepower at 4,000rpm and 510Nm of torque.
The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is possible in 6,5 seconds with a top speed of 220 km/h. According to VATH, the 6.3-liter V8 engine was completely revised in order to work flawless, while the chassis and other vital components were fixed.
The German specialists from VATH released no pricing information on the Mercedes 300 SEL 6.3 V8 restoration program but announced, as we told you above, that the company plans several other programs for the aforementioned vehicles.
“It’s well known that such rarities as the presented Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL 6.3 are in the best hands when they are taken care of by VÄTH Motorentechnik Company in Bavarian Hösbach,” adds VATH.
