The Germans from Väth unveiled a new tuning kit, this time for the hardtop roadster from Mercedes, namely the SLK 350.

If the standard Mercedes SLK 350 delivers 302hp and 370 Nm of torque, Väth’s tuning package increases the total output to 326hp and 390 Nm of torque.

All this power is squeezed from a stock 3.5-liter V6 petrol engine fitted with a reworked ECU unit. With the additional power, the Mercedes SLK 350 hits a top speed of 269 km/h, significantly improved over the standard model.

The exterior appearance is improves through a new set of 20-inch forged alloy wheels with 235/30ZR20 (front) and 265/25ZR20 (rear) tires.

Other features include new front and rear bumpers, a boot lid spoiler and also a new set of side skirts. All these components are made out of carbon fiber which keeps the total mass at a decent level.

Väth also provides a new suspension system able to lower the ground clearance by 65 mm and a sports exhaust system. Pricing for the new tuning package starts from about €25,000.
