Tuningwerk is a German company who decided to present a performance kit for the BMW 1M Coupe, a package able to squeeze even more power from the six cylinder stock engine.
If the standard 1M Coupe develops 335 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque, the BMW 1M RS is able to produce 514 horses and 614Nm of torque.

This power boost was possible thanks to a new exhaust system, a revised ECU unit and turbochargers but also thanks to a new cooling system.
With more than 500hp under the bonnet, Tuningwerk’s BMW 1M Coupe reaches a top speed of 300 km/h. At the exterior we see a new set of 19-inch ATS forged wheels with Dunlop Sport Maxx tires (245/35R19/285/30R19).
New carbon fiber hood, front spoiler, rear wing and boot lid reduce the total mass of the model. Inside, the German tuner provides sporty and lightweight Recaro bucket seats.
The options list includes a high-performance braking system with 370 mm discs made of carbon fiber and a roll cage. Pricing for the BMW 1M Coupe RS starts from €119,000.
