Carlsson revealed today a new tuning package for the Mercedes GL-Class, a model dedicated to the Chinese market.

Carlsson’s Mercedes CGL 45 Royal Last Edition comes with a power boost for a 3.0-liter diesel unit which comes with 265hp and 618Nm of torque in standard form.

After some modifications, the V6 power plant produces 310 horses and 698Nm of torque, a significant boost able to improve the performance figures.

If you want even more power, you can opt for the 5.5-liter V8 engine which develops now 435hp and 598Nm of torque after the tuning tweaks. On the styling part, the exterior gets new LED daytime running lights, revised front spoiler, new chrome front grille, wide wheel arches and new alloy wheels.

For now, there are no pricing details for the Mercedes CGL 45 Royal Last Edition by Carlsson.
