BBM Motorsport reveals VW Golf GTI V tuning kit

BBM Motorsport introduced a tuning package for the fifth generation of the Volkswagen Golf GTI.

The German model gets a power boost for the 2.0-liter TSI engine, the total output being increased from 197hp to 331hp and 460Nm of torque. With such resources, the 0-100 km/h sprint is possible in 5,1 seconds wit a top speed of 275 km/h.

In terms of styling, the exterior gets a matt foil wrap, a new carbon fiber hood and new graphics.

A new set of 18-inch TEC alloy wheels fitted with 225/40-18 tires is available as well as a Stoptech braking system. Inside, BBM Motorsport provides a set of racing seats, a roll cage and new trim.

Other features of the new VW Golf GTI Club Sport include a KW coilover suspension system with adjustable strut bearings. Pricing for the entire tuning kit, excluding installation, is €19,500.
