Tuning gone wrong

I have recently stumbled across a certain tuning project that is so over-the-top, I simply had to present it here.

The car was first caught on camera quite a while ago, as the pictures I present you are 8 years old, but something like this is timeless.

As you can see, there seems to be a car under all those modifications, but if you ask me exactly what car was taken to such extremes, I will have a hard time answering. In fact, I invite anyone who has any idea on the brand and model to give us a hint.

What I know is that this monster was found on the streets of Bali, and I find that quite hard to believe. Mainly because this tune doesn’t seem like it would get permission to run on any road anywhere. But if we put aside the complete lack of functionality or even the dodgy taste in which it was built, the tune does seem to have quite a lot of attention to detail.
