Even if Roush Performance, an aftermarket Ford coach builder, has presented an impressive Ford lineup at the 2016 SEMA Show, closing its gates last week, it was until recently it had released the full details with an astonishing model, which is the new Ford Focus RS.
The guys from Roush Performance are well-known for creating extensive tuning project, meaning that they comprise both the styling area as well as performance under the hood, and this Focus RS seen here does look stylish and fully packed with mind-blowing power.
At a quick look, one could depict the new styling bits, reflected by the Roush Track aero kit consisting of bespoke graphic stripes, XPEL Stealth Paint protection, as well as the standout 19-inch RUSH Forged alloy wheels delivered by Weld Racing and coming in Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires.
On the mechanics side, the upgraded Focus RS here is also packing the new ROUSH TrakPak three-way Adjustable Suspension with camber plates courtesy of KW, which bring the racer closer to the ground and increase its stance.
The car`s main highlight remains under the hood, the engineers installing the 2.3-liter EcoBoost flat-four with some Performance Parts, like ROUSH calibration, engine software and so on. All that makes the car more powerful, meaning a total of 500 horsepower, which is pretty impressive than the stock 350 horsepower.
Roush Performance has not let any words out concerning the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h, but with the new Drift model, it surely is impressive. Stay tuned for more details, meanwhile, take a closer look at the media gallery below!
