New Porsche Cayenne with Interior Tweaks from Carlex Design

Even if the all-new Porsche Cayenne is a rare sight on the streets these days, the model getting ready for dealerships worldwide next year, there are guys who managed to grab it just ahead its debut.

Even so, there were a couple of things that he didn’t find quite attractive at the SUV`s interior, which made him call for some aftermarket help. And the only way to provide the right interior tweaks worthy of such a high-end model was resorting to Carlex Design`s professionalism.

The aftermarket specialists from Carlex Design are very familiar with Porsche products and what they have done so far with their range of customizations reflects their love and dedication towards the German models.

This time, they carried out a different type of interior work. First of all, they had to strip-off some of the cabin`s bits and add some new cool stuff, which will make it even standout. And the first thing that stands out is the Alcantara suede, which makes it really luxurious.

Besides the high-quality material, the aftermarket specialists have also added black leather and Alcantara on the seats, door cards, dash, headliner and sun visors, all complemented with the green stitching and trim levels, such as the air vent bezels, door trims, cup holders, speaker grilles, steering wheel arms and gear shift gate. The green trim is also looking smashing on the stitching accents on the seats and logo embroideries.

As a reminder, the all-new Porsche Cayenne was officially introduced this autumn, at the 2016 Frankfurt Motor Show, and stands on the company`s new aluminum-intensive MSB-F platform, making it around 100 kg lighter and much more performance.

As for the performance under the hood, we believe that the 2018 Cayenne will carry over most of the engine lineup, including the 2.9-liter V6 bi-turbo engine, also found on the Panamera 4S, with 434 horsepower, or the higher 4.0-liter V8, with 542 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque.

The carmaker is also preparing a hybrid version, which will take on the Audi SQ7, this one coming with a 4.0-liter TDI V8 and electric motor, with around 900 Nm of torque.
